Phenix Salon Suites Snags Houston Space
Phenix Salon Suites widened its Houston-area footprint by leasing new locations. The Encinitas, CA-based franchise will open in:
- 7,267 square feet at 2101 Smith St.
- 6,500 square feet at Bellaire Towne Center, Bellaire Boulevard and South Rice Avenue
- 6,713 square feet at 2401 N. Shepherd
The company already has operations in other locations, including:
- 7,000 square feet at Westheimer Towne Center, 8555 Westheimer Rd.
- 6,600 square feet at Price Plaza, 20290 Katy Fwy.
CBRE’s Sydney Dixon and Brian Ashby represented Phenix Salon Suites in the transactions.
The tenant offers salon professionals space in which to develop their businesses, and build their clientele. “With Class-A retail at 98% occupancy, our team had to pinpoint ideal settings across the city that match this high-end concept,” Ashby commented. “Furthermore, Phenix is focused on growth, and plans to continue expanding in Houston.”
