PharMerica Corp. Signs 25K-SF R&D Lease in Taunton

Long-term care pharmacy solutions company, PharMerica Corp. has signed a 25,000-square-foot lease at 350 Myles Standish Blvd. in Taunton. PharMerica will relocate its current operation from Brockton to the space, which was formerly occupied by another office and R&D user.

Steve Woelfel, PJ Foster and John Real of Colliers International represented the landlord, DAI Property Management, in the transaction. PharMerica Corp., was represented by Tom Dyer and Nat Kessler of CBRE.

“We are pleased to provide PharMerica with the right mix of office, R&D and warehouse they need,” said Paul Bourque of DAI Property Management. “We hope we can continue to work with them to grow within the building as their business needs require.”
