PFS Group Stays Put, Renews 55K-SF Lease
Healthcare receivable accountants PFS Group LLC opted to remain in its current digs at 2600 N. Loop West in Houston. As a result, the company renewed its 54,891-square-foot lease, striking the deal with building owner Fuller Realty Partners LLC of Houston.
Jon Silberman with NAI Partners represented the tenant in the renewal. “2600 N. Loop West has been a great fit for PFS Group during the past five years, and so when the time came to renew they were very interested in staying in the space they’ve come to call home,” Silberman said.
The six-story, 135,400-square-foot building in question delivered in the mid-1970s and is close to 80% occupied. The average rent is $16-$20 per square foot, triple net.
