Peter Nicoletti Joins Colliers to Head NYC Capital Markets

Prolific dealmaker Peter Nicoletti has joined Colliers International as managing director, head of New York City capital markets. He brings 30 years’ experience to Colliers’ Midtown offices, the past 13 of them at JLL, where he executed more than $36.5 billion of deals.

“Pete Nicoletti is one of the most accomplished and forward-thinking professionals in the business,” said David Amsterdam, president, capital markets and Northeast region. “His experience across multiple verticals within capital markets is unparalleled and his record of completing some of the largest investment sales in recent memory as well as several multi-billion-dollar portfolio and loan sales is tremendous.”

Nicoletti said, “Colliers’ brokerage model encourages innovative thinking, collaboration and transparency. This team-first culture will allow us to execute at the highest level, expand our business lines and add talented individuals, creating a capital markets platform unlike any in the market today.”
