Permanent Financing Arranged for Orscheln Farm & Home

Axiom Capital Corp. arranged $4.5 million in permanent financing for Orscheln Properties Co. LLC, which owns the 51,939-square-foot, stand-alone retail building in Waco, TX, housing Orscheln Farm & Home. The seven-year, non-recourse loan was set at a fixed rate, amortized over 25 years.

The Moberly, MO-based sponsor acquired the building at 2701 S N Jack Kultgen Expy. in early August 2018. The property, which delivered in 2014, originally housed a Gander Mountain store, which closed in 2017 after the Minnesota-based retail chain filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The current occupant opened in November 2018.

The store is part of a retail center with outparcels belonging to Chili’s, Verizon, Zoe’s Kitchen, Starbucks, Potbelly Bubba’s 33, and Home2Suites by Hilton.
