Perdure Petroleum Enlarges Footprint in Consolidation
Perdure Petroleum LLC has leased 17,212 square feet in the Office Campus at Allen to relocate and expand its headquarters. The oil and gas company will move in the fourth quarter to 1101 Central Expressway South in Allen, consolidating its Dallas and Houston operations and backfilling the office property’s only vacancy.
“The timing couldn’t have been better from the landlord’s perspective,” said Jared Laake, VP of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. “We had only two months’ down time between tenants on that space.”
Laake and Bradford EVP Susan Singer lease the Office Campus at Allen for the landlord of record, 1101 SCE LLC. JE Commercial Realty president Jan Elwell represented Perdure.
The Office Campus at Allen is a two-building project with unobstructed views of South Central Expressway. Thanks to the new lease, the 56,838-square-foot structure will remain fully occupied. Its sister building, totaling 48,048 square feet, is 90% leased.
