Pendleton Wool Takes Space in Oregon’s Park Avenue West

Pendleton Wool Mills, a more than 150-year-old company best-known for its blankets, is opening a retail shop at the base of Portland, OR’s new Park Avenue West mixed-use building. The company signed a lease with the building’s landlord and developer, TMT Development, for 3,000 square feet of space.

Pendleton and TMT are starting construction on the new store immediately, with opening planned for later this year. So far, Charles Schwab is the other retail tenant in the building. An additional 2,500 square feet of retail space is open.

Park Avenue West, at 750 S.W. 9th St., is a 30-story, 546,000-square-foot property that includes 13 stories of office space and 15 stories of residential units.
