Pebble Beach Embarks on Expansion

Pebble Beach Company is expanding The Lodge at Pebble Beach, CA resort. The addition of Fairway One encompasses 38 new guest rooms and a new meeting facility, which are slated to open in August 2017.

The Fairway One complex is on the first fairway of the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links at 1700 17 Mile Dr. It will offer a new and enhanced guest room experience with over-sized accommodations, a greater sense of privacy and personalized service, as well as ocean, garden and golf course views.

Thirty guest rooms are in three two-story buildings, and eight rooms are in two unique four-bedroom golf cottages.

Pebble Beach Co.’s Bill Perocchi said, “The Lodge and Pebble Beach Golf Links are where our story began in 1919. And now, as we approach our 100th anniversary, the addition of Fairway One will help us continue that legacy for the next 100 years.”
