Pearlstone Set to Break Ground in Old West Austin

Locally based Pearlstone Partners will break ground this month on Cascade Condominiums, a 113-unit residential project in Old West Austin. Prospect Real Estate, also based in Austin, is the project’s listing agent.

“We were drawn to this site by its setting in a historic, cherished part of the city, just at the western edge of downtown, as well as its proximity to major thoroughfares and a host of shopping, dining and entertainment amenities,” said Pearlstone Partners CEO Robert Lee.

Cascade Condominiums will be located at 2500 Longview St., just off the banks of the development’s namesake, Shoal Creek, which was once called “Cascade Creek” by early Austin settlers. In addition to the residences, it will also include two commercial units.

“Pearlstone has brilliantly conceptualized and designed this project to embody the character and charm of this iconic Austin neighborhood,” said Emily Lee, CEO of Prospect Real Estate.
