PCCP, TriStar Team Up Again, Plan 1.1M-SF Industrial Development

PCCP formed a joint-venture with St. Louis, MO-based TriStar Properties that plans to develop two more Class A industrial distribution warehouse buildings in Edwardsville, Il, a Metro East submarket of St. Louis. The projects are located within Gateway Commerce Center and total 1.1 million square feet.

One 520,980-square-foot building features 32-foot clear heights, and the second 618,450-square-foot building features 36-foot clear heights. The first facility is scheduled to deliver by September 2016 and the second in January 2017.

PCCP and TriStar previously partnered on two projects at Gateway Commerce Center, the region’s premier industrial park. They included a 673,137-square-foot spec industrial building that was pre-leased to a third-party logistics provider, and a 717,060-square-foot distribution facility leased to Amazon.
