PCCP, Panattoni to Develop 328K-SF Spec Industrial Facility in Cartersville

PCCP and Panattoni Development Company have announced plans for the development of a speculative 328,000-square-foot industrial facility in Cartersville. The project is located directly off I-75 in Bartow County.

The firms recently acquired the 104-acre site that allows for the development of up to 724,000 square feet across two buildings, which are planned for two phases of development. The 328,000-square-foot building will mark the first phase, with completion slated for Q3 2020. Features of the rear-load facility will include concrete tilt-up, 32-foot clear heights, T-5 lighting and ESFR sprinklers.

“We are excited to kick off another project with PCCP in the southeast,” said Dayne Pryor, partner at Panattoni. “This project is situated in a great location along I-75 north between the northern suburbs of Atlanta, the flooring manufacturing base in Dalton, and the newly-opened Appalachian Regional Port.”
