PCCP Teams with Kairoi Residential to Acquire 326-Unit Boulevard at Sonterra

California-headquartered PCCP LLC formed a joint venture with Kairoi Residential of San Antonio to acquire and renovate the 326-unit Boulevard at Sonterra in San Antonio. The team acquired the asset at 210 E. Sonterra Blvd. from FM Short Management Co. of Waco, TX, for an undisclosed price.

Situated on 17 acres, Boulevard at Sonterra delivered in 2000, and offers a mix of one, two and three- units. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool fitness center and media room.

The new owners are planning capital investments into the complex’s common-area appointments and unit interiors. “Kairoi is the hometown team and we are thrilled to have such a skilled partner that knows the dynamics of the market so thoroughly,” said PCCP’s Tina Ramos. “Over the coming months we will execute a value-add business plan that capitalizes on the asset’s strong location, renter base, and positioning within the submarket.”
