PayLink Consolidates Space in Move to Fifth Third Center

PayLink Direct is consolidating its offices in a 12,808-square-foot, long-term lease at 222 South Riverside Plaza. The new space will replace separate offices at 150 N. Wacker Dr. and 205 W. Wacker Dr.

The two Wacker Drive offices represent legacy space that formerly was occupied by two competing firms, PayLink and Omnisure Group. The companies merged in 2017 to create what is now the nation’s largest service contract payment plan provider.

In selecting 222 South Riverside, “PayLink was attracted to the space because it offered an efficient layout and generous natural light,” said Colliers International’s Tony Karmin, who represented the tenant. “In addition, PayLink was impressed with the state-of-the-art amenities and upgrades.”

Also known as Fifth Third Center, the 40-story, one-million-square-foot 222 South Riverside recently underwent a $40-million renovation. JLL’s Kim Doyle represented ownership in leasing negotiations.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
