Pavilions North Shopping Center Sells to Cali Partnership

Pavilions North Shopping Center on San Antonio’s north side sold to a partnership tracked to the Frieda C. Fox Family Foundation and ACF Property Management Inc. of Studio City, CA. RPD Catalyst LLC, also headquartered in Southern California, sold the 165,990-square-foot retail center for an undisclosed amount. Kevin Catalani with REATA Real Estate Services marketed the property on behalf of the seller, which has owned it for 10 years.

The property is at Northeast Loop 410 and McCullough Avenue, and opened in in 1990. It is 99% occupied, and anchored by tenants including Conn’s, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Sam Ash and K&G Fashion. The property is across the street from North Star Mall, a 1.2 million-square-foot regional mall.
