Paul Yazbeck, Jon Krebbs Depart SVN, Form The Multifamily Group

Multifamily brokers Paul Yazbeck and Jon Krebbs left Sperry Van Ness Dallas/TJF Investments, to form a new firm, The Multifamily Group, or TMG. TMG will focus exclusively on the sale of Class B and C multifamily properties throughout Texas and the surrounding states. Since opening in Dallas’ uptown submarket, TMG, consisting of Yazbeck, Krebbs and a five-person team of analysts, secured exclusive listing assignments for 836 units in Arkansas, Texas and New Mexico.

Krebbs, who began his career with Henry S. Miller Co., met Yazbeck when they both joined SVN/TJF in 2015. In 2016, they each ranked in the top 25 of the 1,073 SVN brokers nationwide, and in 2017, both enjoyed even higher production.

“Our clients encouraged us to make the transition,” Yazbeck said. “We’re leveraging my talents with Jon’s dynamic approach to the marketing process, and are creating a highly responsive, client-focused brand.”
