Paul Klink Makes Move to Kidder Mathews
Veteran commercial real estate industry leader, Paul Klink, joined Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office as an EVP. Klink specializes in institutional industrial properties, and will be joining forces with Mickey Morera, Kidder Mathews’ EVP and the managing director of the San Diego office. Together they will focus on major institutional and corporate assignments.
Klink brings a 35-year CRE career that’s been primarily focused on providing local and institutional clients the entire suite of commercial real estate services including investment sales, leasing, and asset management. He most recently served at NKF as an EVP and Head of Industrial Services. Before that, he was the executive managing director of investor services for Cushman & Wakefield for nearly a decade.
Klink says, “Kidder is one of the last privately held broker-owned firms that allow their professionals to be creative for their clients, as well as provide exceptional support wherever needed. This brings it all home for me as I started my real estate career as a broker in San Diego in 1985.”
