Patriot Pioneer Industrial Park in Charlotte Trades for $13M

CBRE arranged the $13.1 million sale of Patriot Pioneer Industrial park in Charlotte. Located at 9415 Pioneer Ave., the 241,590-square-foot is currently fully occupied.

Built in 1960 and renovated in 2008, the property features masonry construction, multiple truck loading doors, office space and manufacturing space. The property is part of Arrowood Industrial Park.

Patrick Gildea, Matt Smith, Anne Johnson and Bryan Crutcher of CBRE represented the seller, Patriot Pioneer Park II LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was Dogwood Holdings.
