PAS Cargo Takes Down 88K SF in Hialeah Gardens, FL

PAS Cargo USA Inc. struck a deal with landlord Bridge Development Partners LLC to take 88,364 square feet at Bridge Point Crossroads West (BPC West) in Hialeah Gardens, FL. The deal puts the building at 90% occupancy two months after completion.

Bridge was represented by Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez with Cushman & Wakefield. Audley Bosch with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. PAS is relocating from its current location in Doral, FL.

The next building to be delivered in the Bridge Point Crossroads development will be Bridge Point Crossroads East, a 420,989-square-foot building that will be completed at the end of the year. The 255,846-square-foot Bridge Point Crossroads South will come on line in March.

“With the signing of PAS Cargo, we’ve amassed in excess of 355,000 square feet in lease transactions at Bridge Point Crossroads West and Bridge Point Davie alone,” said Bridge Development’s Kevin Carroll.
