Parts Supplier Quadruples Space in Move to O’Hare Warehouse

Darwin Realty has represented a parts supplier in its new lease of 23,375 square feet at 9405 River St. in Schiller Park, IL. The tenant was looking for a larger space in the same area to expand its growing business.

The company is relocating and expanding more than quadrupling its existing space. The tenant selected the new location because of its easy access for customers, and ability to retain employees by staying in the same region.

Paine Wetzel’s Terry Lynch represented the building owner, Schiller 9405 LLC, in the transaction.
