Partnership Snags 252-Key W Dallas Victory Hotel

A partnership between HN Capital Partners and Dunhill Partners Inc. shook hands with Estein USA for ownership rights to the W Dallas Victory Hotel, a 252-room hospitality property in Dallas’ Uptown submarket. With the sale, Estein USA ends its hold on the luxury hotel at 2440 Victory Park Ln.

Michael Kavanau and Parker Sherrill with JLL led the team in marketing the property, and negotiating on behalf of the seller. JLL’s De’On Collins and Randy Fleisher, with Hamilton Realty Finance, sourced financing for the new owner. The three-year, floating rate financing, with three one-year extension options, was placed with Starwood Property Trust.

Situated on 1.8 acres, the W Dallas Victory is adjacent to the 21,000-seat American Airlines Center, and is part of the mixed-use Victory Park development.
