The Rudin Family secured nearly 94,000 square feet of leases at One Battery Park Plaza in Lower Manhattan

Partnership for NYC Extends Downtown Tenancy to 2030

The Rudin Family and partner Allianz Real Estate of America signed a 10-year lease renewal for The Partnership for New York City at One Battery Park Plaza, a 35-story, 870,000 square-foot office tower in Lower Manhattan.

The 26,745-square-foot lease extends the nonprofit’s tenancy at the property until 2030.

“The Partnership For New York City is an organization that is widely known for its leadership in the business community for helping to create jobs and support emerging industries,” said Michael Rudin, SVP at Rudin Management Company, the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings. “They have been a mainstay at One Battery Park Plaza over the last 20 years, and their commitment reflects their confidence in the Lower Manhattan market and its future.”

The Partnership For New York City was represented by NKF’s Todd Stracci and Hal Stein. Building ownership was represented by Kevin Daly, VP of leasing at Rudin Management.
