Partnership Breaks Ground on Luxury Multifamily in White Plains

A development partnership of Saber Real Estate Advisors, PCD Development and Circle Squared Alternative Investments broke ground on The Duet, a luxury multifamily complex in White Plains, NY. The development, across from the Neiman Marcus entrance at The Westchester and adjacent to Whole Foods, will feature 127 rental units in two buildings.

“I’m happy to welcome The Duet to White Plains,” said Mayor Thomas Roach. “This project will add to the lively and interesting vibe we have been working to create in downtown White Plains. The city has many amenities to offer that will complement this project.”

Added Saber’s Martin Berger, “The Duet will enhance the downtown by bringing in new shoppers and patrons to enjoy the city’s dynamic retail and dining scene.”

Located at 97-114 Hale Ave., The Duet will offer a mix of studio, one-and two-bedroom units with rents ranging from $1,600 to $3,600 per month.
