Partners Join Forces to Develop Ranch at Arrington

Multifamily developer and property management company Lynd is partnering with T.R. Inscore LLC for the second time to develop Ranch at Arrington, a 272-unit apartment complex in College Station, TX. The project, situated on 12 acres at 1650 Arrington Rd., will be close to Texas A&M University.

“We are thrilled to once again team up with T.R. Inscore on a project that should accommodate the pent-up demand for non-student-oriented housing in College Station,” said A. David Lynd. “This is no longer just a college town – the city is thriving with a diversified economy and extremely low unemployment.”

Ranch at Arrington will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Units will range in size from 539 to 1,402 square feet. On-site amenities will include a swimming pool and heated spa, in-unit washers and dryers, sand volleyball court, meeting rooms, and a fitness center with a dedicated yoga area.
