Park 360 South Coming to Mansfield

Logistics Property Co. of Chicago is planning a major new industrial park in Mansfield, TX, southeast of Fort Worth. Park 360 South at Lone Star Road and SH 360 will contain seven buildings with almost three million square feet, at a projected cost of $150 million.

The first building in the 240-acre business park will be ready in 2019. The buildings will range in size from 107,000 to more than one million square feet.

Alliance Architect is the project designer. Joe Rudd with Transwestern is marketing the business park for lease. He told the Dallas Morning News that the development is anticipated to create approximately 1,200 to 2,000 new jobs for Mansfield.
