Palladium Enterprises Readies to Break Ground on $75M, MXU GRID
Palladium Enterprises, in partnership with the city of Mesa, AZ and Benedictine University, will launch construction late this month on The GRID, a $75-million, mixed-use development in downtown Mesa, AZ.
The project is on 3.3 acres at Main Street and Mesa Drive, on the site of a currently underutilized parking structure. The unit mix will include 450-square-foot micro-units, larger sky apartments on the upper floors, and three-level row-home walk-ups. Also offered will be 14,000 square feet of co-work and office spaces, along with the retail space. Amenities will include a rooftop lounge, garden courtyards, outdoor pool with lounge areas and indoor and outdoor fitness areas.
The GRID is expected to open in phases, with the first scheduled for delivery late this year.
