Pair of Towers Planned at Water Street Tampa

Strategic Property Partners, LLC unveiled plans for a pair of new trophy office towers encompassing roughly one million square feet within Water Street Tampa in downtown Tampa. The buildings are part of the first in a series of phases of construction at the project, and the first new ground-up trophy office buildings constructed in downtown Tampa in nearly 25 years.

Strategic Property Partners’ David Bevirt says, “For employers who want to be within a dynamic, urban neighborhood with housing, amenities and conveniences for their employees, Water Street Tampa will be the address to have.”

The cutting-edge and highly-amenitized office towers are sustainably-designed and will be WELL and LEED certified. Surrounded by over 13 acres of lushly-landscaped open spaces, the project includes 1001 Water Street, a 20-story mixed-use building with roughly 380,000 square feet of office space, and 400 Channelside, a 500,000-square-foot, 19-story tower.
