Pain Quotidien Founder Opens New Restaurant in Soho

Le Botaniste will open its second New York City location at 127 Grand Street in Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood. The restaurant signed a 15-year lease for its 4,000-square-foot space and moved in July 1, 2017.

“Le Botaniste will be a terrific complement to the robust downtown health food scene,” says Brad Schwarz, senior managing director and principal for Lee & Associates NYC, who represented the tenant. SUSAN PENZNER Real Estate represented the owner.

Le Botaniste was created by Alain Coumont, who also founded Le Pain Quotidien chain of restaurants.
