OXCO Inks Deal for 200K-SF Facility

Materials manufacturer and supplier OXCO Inc. has signed a deal with Lakemont Property Investors LLC (MPV Properties) to relocate its operations to a new, 150,000-250,000-square-foot facility on 21 acres in the Lakemont Business Park in York County, South Carolina. OXCO is working on plans to develop its new facility, once access to the site is available this year. OXCO currently occupies a 79,000-square-foot building at 500 Gulf Dr. in Charlotte, NC.

Bailey W. Patrick with MPV Properties represented the seller in the $15.75 million land sale. Jeff Harper with CCRA, associated with Walters Commercial Real Estate Services LLC, represented the buyer.

MPV Properties, headquartered in Charlotte, is developing the final, 200-acre phase of the business park near Carowinds Boulevard and Highway 77 in Fort Mill, SC. Ashley Furniture distribution center currently has space on the final phase.
