Over the Last Year, Companies Lease 100K-SF at 355 Lex

Travelex Currency Services will move into an 8,400 square-foot prebuilt office suite at 355 Lexington Avenue in Midtown East.

Rudin has completed more than 100,000 square feet of new leases and renewals at the 22-story tower in 2017. Built in 1959 by the Rudin Family, the 250,000 square-foot property has received several upgrades and improvements over the years, earning an Energy Star label in 2015 for its operating efficiency, as well as Gold certification from Wired Score.
