OREI Taps Allied Orion Group to Manage Just-Acquired Plaza at Windsor Hills

One Real Estate Investments (OREI) hired Allied Orion Group to manage its most recent acquisition, Mira Vista Apartments. OREI of Miami, FL bought the 200-unit apartment complex on Austin’s north side from Omninet Capital of Beverly Hills, CA earlier this fall. The new owner promptly rebranded the property at 9601 Middle Fiskville Rd. Plaza at Windsor Hills.

“OREI is happy to announce its expansion to the third city within Texas, and to continue our growing relationship with Allied Orion Group as our property management partner,” said OREI’s Jeronimo Hirschfeld. He added that the company is looking for additional value-add properties in Texas and the Southeast United States, specifically, assets with 200 or more units, built in the 1980s or newer.
