Oregon Developer Receives Approval on Anaheim Hotel
Portland, OR-based BPM Real Estate Group received an approval from the Anaheim Planning Commission to build a 326-key Radisson Blu in Anaheim, CA. The 12-story hotel is proposed to be constructed on a 3.3-acre site on South Anaheim Boulevard, along I-5.
BPM Real Estate Group’s Walter C. Bowen says, “This marks our second hotel with Radisson, which is synonymous with outstanding levels of service and comfort delivered with utmost style.”
The site is near the Anaheim Resort District, within walking distance to Disneyland Resort’s main entrance, and near Anaheim’s burgeoning Platinum Triangle. The property is planned as a four-star “upper upscale” luxury resort. It will have suites and rooms to accommodate large families and a 353-stall garage.
Radisson Blu Anaheim’s top level will feature an outdoor rooftop deck bar, restaurant and social pool, with panoramic views of Anaheim and Disneyland’s evening fireworks.
