Optima’s Streeterville Rental Tower Signs 3 Retailers
Optima Signature, Optima’s 57-story, 490-unit luxury rental tower just east of the Magnificent Mile has signed leases for three commercial tenants. They include Guidepost Montessori at Magnificent Mile, the first Montessori school in Streeterville; full-service veterinarian GoodVets Streeterville (pictured); and RUNAWAY fitness, a run conditioning fitness studio.
“Each time we design and develop a mixed-use community, our ultimate goal is to create a destination by drawing niche users that provide services unique to the neighborhood,” said Optima Inc. president Tara Hovey. She added that “not only do these retailers further enhance the signature amenity offerings we have available to our residents, but they also perfectly complement the existing businesses already serving the area.”
GoodVets recently opened its 2,000-square-foot office. RUNAWAY will open its 4,200-square-foot studio in November, and Guidepost Montessori is scheduled to open its 11,500-square-foot school later this fall. Office and retail space remains available at the property.
