Optima Offers Coworking Space at Streeterville Resi Tower

Multifamily owner/developer Optima Inc. is getting into the coworking sector with commercial office suites at Optima Signature, a 57-story apartment tower in Streeterville. The suites are available to nonresidents of the building as well as residents.

As more professionals work from home than ever before, they’ve become more sophisticated in their expectations for quality office space,” said Optima president Tara Hovey. “Optima Signature’s business suites are a step up from the common business center or lounge that many multifamily developments offer, and raise the bar on professionalism by making it possible to hold a teleconference or in-person meeting in a more private setting.”

Optima is currently leasing 22 commercial office suites at the property, ranging in size from 200 to 720 square feet. They offer capacity for one to five work stations, and options to accommodate up to 10 people. The development also features three suites, all currently leased.
