OpenSquare Leases Waterfront Warehouse in Seattle
OpenSquare signed a 75,048-square-foot lease at Westcore Properties’ newly-renovated warehouse facility at 303 River St., along Seattle’s waterfront. The popular workplace solutions company was represented by Kidder Matthews’ Matt Wood and Patricia Loveall in the full building deal. Neil Walter Company’s Mike Roy and Kevin Skillestad represented the landlord.
Westcore Properties’ Steve McKibben says, “OpenSquare is helping many of the companies shaping Washington’s economy to create environments that support healthy and happy workplaces.”
Westcore acquired the South Seattle industrial asset last year, and completed an extensive renovation that included new site work, exterior upgrades, office improvements and dock area and slab upgrades. The property is close to the Port of Seattle, and has 25-foot clear height and heavy power service.
