Online Apparel Brand Comes to Armitage Shopping Corridor

Intimate apparel and lifestyle brand Lively has opened its first Chicago location and second brick-and-mortar store at 823 W. Armitage Ave., an apartment property along the fashionable Armitage corridor in Lincoln Park. CBRE’s Amanda Aaron, Kim Wiskup, Todd Siegel and Phil Golding represented Lively in the 1,377-square-foot lease.

Lively launched as an e-commerce brand in 2016 to establish a new category and mindset for women’s intimate apparel. The company quickly gained a strong following and established a flagship store in New York City last year, with plans to expand throughout the U.S.

Locally, the brand has been available at Nordstrom since August 2018. Due to popularity and strong demand, the brand decided to expand to its own standalone location in the city.

“Armitage has become a top destination for designer and boutique apparel companies,” said Wiskup. “This will be a perfect addition for the corridor.”
