Omninet Capital Acquires Mission Center Office Park
Beverly Hills, CA-based Omninet Capital acquired Mission Center Office Park from Kearny Real Estate Company for an undisclosed amount. The three-building, 183,692-square-foot property, located in the Mission Valley submarket of San Diego, was 92% leased at the time of sale.
Recent leasing activity at the property included a 48,000-square-foot lease expansion and extension deal with Azusa Pacific Univ. Kearny purchased the asset located at 5333 to 7919 Mission Center Rd. in 2015 for $29.2 million.
CBRE Capital Markets’ Louay Alsadek and Hunter Rowe were the investment advisors in the transaction. JLL’s Richard Gonor, Tony Russell and Brandt Riedman of provided leasing market expertise.
“Mission Center Office Park’s ideal location, diversified tenant roster, and established history of excellent performance attracted significant interest from investors,” Alsadek said.
