Olympus Acquires Broadstone Sierra Pines

Olympus Property continued adding to its Opportunity Fund II by closing on the 341-unit Broadstone Sierra Pines in The Woodlands, TX. The Fort Worth buyer struck a deal with seller/developer Alliance Residential for the apartment complex, and has renamed the property Olympus Sierra Pines.

Olympus Sierra Pines delivered in 2014 at 1615 Sawdust Rd. Amenities include a centrally-located four-story garage, a resort-style pool, clubroom with billiards and poker table and a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga space. The property is the fourth to be added to Opportunity Fund II.
