Olshan Tallies Quartet of Leases at 99 Hudson

Olshan Properties has completed a quartet of new leasing transactions totaling more than 72,000 square feet at its 99 Hudson St. in Tribeca. NKF’s David Falk, Eric Cagner, Jonathan Franzel and Michael Shenfeld represented ownership in these deals:

• Clarify Health Solutions leased 12,159 square feet of pre-built space, and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Sebastian Infante and Jamie Katcher.

• The Museum of Ice Cream leased 12,159 square feet for its headquarters. Adam Henick of Current Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.

• Daily Harvest leased 36,477 square feet of headquarters space, represented by CBRE’s Sinclair Li and Daniel Wilpon.

• Existing tenant HR & A renewed its 12,111-square-foot lease, represented by Savills’ Mike Mathias.

“These recent deals are a testament to our vision to transform the space by creating attractive and practical pre-built space on several of these floors as designed by our architects, Design Republic,” said Olshan Properties’ Andrea Olshan.
