Olo Orders Up Full Floor at 1 WTC

Digital restaurant ordering platform Olo has leased the 36,099-square-foot 82nd floor of One World Trade Center in a relocation from 26 Broadway. Separately, AI company ASAPP Inc. has expanded by 10,691 square feet for a total of 36,690 square feet on the tower’s 80th floor.

Olo was represented by NKF’s Brian Lee and Travis Wilson. “One World Trade Center offers Olo an exceptional value with state-of-the-art infrastructure, amenities and a workplace environment which will enable Olo to continue to expand while attracting and retaining the best and brightest workforce,” said Lee.

ASAPP was represented by Alexander Schwartz of Hudson Real Estate Partners. For both transactions, One World Trade’s ownership, a partnership of the Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, was represented by Durst’s Eric Engelhardt and Karen Kuznick, and an NKF team of David Falk, Jason Greenstein, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein and Travis Wilson.
