Olive Hill Completes DTLA Office Building Rebrand, Renovation
Los Angeles-based Olive Hill Group, a commercial real estate investor, operator and developer, completed an interior renovation and rebranding of a 106,000-square-foot office building at 631 Olive in DTLA. The building, renamed “The Olive,” houses multiple fine jewelers, as well as Olive Hill’s own corporate headquarters.
Olive Hill Group’s Michael Cho says, “The Downtown Los Angeles renaissance has transformed the area into one that is experiencing rapid growth and attracting Millennial employees. Our strategy is to capitalize on that momentum by renovating The Olive to provide our tenants a state-of-the-art creative office space within a handsome, retro exterior that will attract the best employees.”
The lobby renovation is the final phase of a complete update of the nine-story building, which included upgrading office spaces with high ceilings and natural lighting, redesigning the lobby to reflect the geometric building exterior, and updating the lighting and wall finishes.
