Old Navy to Fill 19K-SF at New Condo Tower

Old Navy will fill 18,500-square-feet of space on the ground and second floors at 147 E. 86th St., a 61-unit condominium development planned for Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

“We are very pleased to have achieved this major milestone, and look forward to the commencement of new building construction,” said Art Hooper, managing director for Ceruzzi Properties, which is developing the 18-story tower with Kuafu Properties.

Ripco’s Andrew Mandell represented the developers in the transaction, while Robert K. Futterman & Associates’ Ariel Schuster advised the tenant. Retail availabilities at the planned tower still include 6,000 square feet of space on the corner of 86th St. and Lexington Ave.
