OH Developer Proposes 237-Unit MF in Louisville, KY

Power Encore LLC, an affiliate of Cincinnati-based Capital Investment Group Inc., filed a development plan with the Louisville, KY Metro Government to demolish two buildings at 535 and 539 S. Fourth St. In its place, the developer is proposing a complex that would contain 237 multifamily units and 7,000 square feet of commercial space. Capital Investment’s interest in the site stems from what it calls Louisville’s urban renaissance.

The office buildings currently on the two-acre site total 180,000 square feet. KentuckyOne Health is the owner, and had announced in 2015 that the properties would be sold. KentuckyOne currently employs 560 employees on the site.
