Office/Condo Redevelopment Brought to Market
Newport Beach, CA-based Buchanan Street Partners completed redevelopment of The Jetty into a creative office campus in Newport Beach, CA, adjacent to John Wayne Airport. The five-building, 87,340-square-foot asset is being brought to market as a re-positioned office condo project overlooking the Newport Beach Golf Course.
The property was acquired by Buchanan Street in 2014, which subsequently renovated the former Workscapes multi-tenant office buildings into creative design space. Now subdivided, The Jetty’s condominium plan is in place, allowing for individual ownership ranging in size from 1,000 to 10,000 square feet.
Colliers International’s Joe Winkelmann and Michael Hartel are representing seller-developer.
Winkelmann said, “Never before has an owner/user been afforded the opportunity to purchase a small office space like this with a Newport Beach address.”
