Office Properties Income Trust Appoints Chris Bilotto as COO
The board of trustees for Newton, MA-based REIT Office Properties Income Trust has named Christopher Bilotto Chief Operating Officer. Bilotto was previously the company’s Vice President.
Bilotto is also Vice President of The RMR Group and is responsible for portfolio management oversight for all office, industrial and retail properties managed by RMR and is also responsible for development and redevelopment across the United States. He has more than 15 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in asset management, leasing and development.
The appointment of Bilotto occurred at the firm’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held May 27. Additional results of the meeting included the reelection of David Blackman as Managing Trustee, Donna Fraiche as Independent Trustee and Jeffrey Somers as Independent Trustee.
