Office Condominiums Merge at Medford Medical Center

Atkins Companies paid $4.2 million for Medford Medical Center, a medical office building in Medford, NJ.

Before the sale, the 46,400-square-foot center at 103 Old Marlton Pike was divided up into 20 separate condominiums, each owned by a variety of different medical groups. The condominium association, on behalf of the individual owners, hired Colliers International in 2016 to secure a single buyer for the building. All of those separate office condos had proven difficult to manage.

“We are excited about getting the renovations underway and restoring one of the area’s prominent medical facilities,” said Cory Atkins of Atkins Companies, which bought the site in conjunction with Capital Solutions, Inc.
