Office and Retail Leases Executed in Austin
Equitable Commercial Realty and Retail Solutions’ Austin office negotiated the following office and retail leases:
- IV Bars leased 1,050 square feet at 4526 Westgate Blvd. Alex Reed of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Greg Ganske of Longhow Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
- Optimal Research, LLC leased 16,244 square feet at the Park at Red River, 3200 Red River. Hayden McCarty and Tom Pagel with ECR represented the landlord.
- Practical Fitness leased 1,219 square feet at Lighthouse Marketplace, 1700 RR 620. Robby Eaves and Tania Lingor of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Jonathan Stilley of City Space Realty represented the tenant.
- Universal Services of America leased 3,105 square feet at Centre Creek Plaza, 1812 Centre Creek Dr. Matt Levin and Rebecca Zigterman with ECR represented the landlord, and Brian Walker with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
