Oak Residential Partners Snags 104-Unit North Druid Hills Apartment Community

Chicago-based Oak Residential Partners has acquired Marquis at Briarcliff, a 104-unit, garden-style apartment community in the North Druid Hills submarket of Atlanta. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 1000 Gables Way, the community is situated between Buckhead and Midtown and is comprised of four residential buildings. Amenities include a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor grilling stations and a dog park.

Oak Residential Partners plans to implement a renovation program that will focus on enhancements to unit interiors, property amenities, building exteriors and landscaping as well as rebranding the community.

JLL represented the seller, CWS Capital Partners, in the transaction.
