O’Donnell Group Makes Indy Debut with Stout Field Deal

Colliers International has closed the sale of a two-building portfolio in the heart of the Stout Field Industrial Park in southwest Indianapolis, the most active industrial submarket in the city. The firm’s Alex Cantu and Alex Davenport arranged the sale of the 166,119-square-foot 1908 & 1950 Stout Field W Dr. to the O’Donnell Group, on behalf of Progressive Logistics.

The $6.65-million acquisition represents the Newport Beach, CA-based O’Donnell Group’s first deal in the Indianapolis area. On the West Coast, it has developed or acquired 23 million square feet of office and industrial business parks.

The portfolio sits less than a mile from Interstate 70, providing direct access to the Interstate Highway system as well as Indianapolis International Airport. The asset is further enhanced through rail connectivity via CSX.

The fully-leased buildings are home to Progressive Logistics and Micronutrients.
