O.C. Restaurants Face a Health Hurdle
We’re used to this in Los Angeles, but in Orange County, things are getting a little bit more structured. Restaurants will be labeled on the A, B and C scales that different neighboring locales have to deal with. There will be 8,500 restaurants inspected once a year for health violations.
