NY Life Subsidiary Takes Full Floor at 299 Park

New York Life subsidiary GoldPoint Partners has leased out the entire 37h floor of Fisher Brothers’ 299 Park Ave. The 15-year lease for 29,768 square feet is set to take effect in the second quarter of 2019, when GoldPoint will relocate from 51 Madison Ave.

With $12.7 billion of private equity assets under management, GoldPoint is the fourth financial firm to sign a full-floor lease at 299 Park over the past eight months. Others have included Traxys on the 38th floor, B. Riley on the 21st floor and Varagon Capital Partners on the third floor. Also on the property’s roster of financial services tenants are Capital One, UBS, Carlyle and American Securities.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Richard Bernstein, Steve Braun and Christine Colley represented GoldPoint in lease negotiations. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc Packman and Clark Briffel, as well as by Andrew Sachs and Pete Shimkin of NKF.
